Where you are accepted for the offer, the professional website design and build fee is £0. The offer is intended for eligible startups and small businesses and is subject to our ability to take on the project.
3. Website Running Costs
You are responsible for the website running costs shown on the website. These currently include hosting, your domain and SSL and are billed annually. The current advertised annual running cost is £200, equivalent to £16.67 per month.
4. What Is Included
The offer is for a professionally built informational business website. The exact pages, content, design requirements and functionality will be agreed with you before work begins. Features or services outside the agreed scope may be quoted separately.
5. Your Content & Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate business information, text, images, logos and any other materials we reasonably need to complete the website. You confirm that you have the right to use any material you provide to us and that it does not infringe another party's rights.
6. Domain Name
Where a domain is included, we will work with you to register or connect the relevant domain. Domain availability cannot be guaranteed until registration is completed. Your domain is intended to be registered for your business and remains subject to the relevant registrar's terms.
7. Timelines & Approval
Any delivery times discussed are estimates and may depend on how quickly you provide content, feedback and approvals. We may ask you to approve the website before it is published.
8. Renewals
If you choose to continue the website after the initial annual period, the website running services can be renewed at the applicable annual price. We will make the renewal position clear before the next billing period. There is no obligation to purchase unrelated digital services.
9. Additional Services
Marketing, advertising, SEO, additional development, ongoing content work and other digital services are not included unless expressly agreed. Any additional services will be optional and separately agreed.
10. Availability & Changes
We may change, pause or withdraw the free website offer for future applicants at any time. This will not affect work already agreed with you unless we contact you and agree otherwise.
11. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website, third-party services, domain providers, hosting providers or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights that apply to you.
